Yuk (yet again)...but yet again, look at Chatham...the only place where the B/S is good, the climb rates are 800fm, base is 6000'+
We're at the dark purple blob at the top of the image (shows 0-1000' AGL base) and Chatham is the Dark blue blob (shows 5-6000' base).
