I've enabled a 'weekly event notification' system. All users will get a single email, once a week showing coming and recent 'event' info. It will show three sections - flights, forecasts and events (fly-ins, meetings, etc). I hope it will help keep all members more involved with club dealings.
Optionally, if you want to be notified on other 'content types' from the site, you can visit your profile page (login and go to http://soga.ca/user) and click on the "Notifications" tab and check off what other content types you'd like to be notified on. For instance, if you want to be the first to hear about new Classified Listings, you can enable that and choose to get notified immediately when they are posted (or at any other interval you like.
