I've enabled two more helpful modules to help sift thru the possible properties:
Five Star - every member (of this private group) can vote on the properties listed. You can even change your vote as time goes on. You'll also notice in the listing of properties, it will show the average votes to date (highest at the top).
Pro's and Con's
You can now NOT add comments to the listings...instead, you can add an "Argument" to any property...flag it as a Pro or a Con and THEN people can comment on your Pros and Cons.
You can see how it looks on the Test Property I posted.
Pretty cool stuff heh folks?! This is the kind of stuff that YahooGroups simply can't help with - I hope you all agree. I hope it makes our job as a group easier and not too complicated to use. Feedback is always appreciated.
It's taken me a while to get
It's taken me a while to get familiar with how the site works but this is much better than trying to keep track of property details than yahoo Groups. Thanks for setting this up Mark.

That property is very near the Windmill field along Regional 17 & 10 which probably explains why the price is negotiable. I couldn't figure out how to add a comment to the actual listing. There is considerable construction of new towers around Shelburne and even South of 89.
Sorry I didn't make it out Tuesday night(didn't know it was a go) but I didn't figure out this site, still haven't but think I am on the email list now.
