Well Troy and I met with the Harmony club representative today and
I must say it does not sound promising as the club was already having
issues with the noise from the super cub and was only putting up with
that because that was the way it had always been and the cash flow.
However I did get the feeling that it would not hurt to put in a
written preposal to give them something to look at and consider
nearer the end of the month when they realize that there is no money
coming from air sailing this fall. Troy and I are in the process of
collecting the information for such a proposal.
However this would mean that SOGA would need to be prepared to pay
the rent on the first of Nov. $5000-$7000 in advance for the year,
most of which should be recouped in the spring from the farmer. Are
we prepared to do this? (assuming they even look at it).
Air Sailing is at the same time working on building removal and
suggested to harmony that this might be delayed till spring and that
the hanger could be rented for the winter if this plays out we at
least would have storage past Nov.first.
All in all we still have no guarantees .I think at this point we
need to agressively search for other options while we play out this
hand.
Again I really don't feel this is going to pan out but who knows .
