Land Search Meeting Agenda
Here are a few Agenda items that come to mind. Please add to this.
1 Funding. What is a realistic estimate of capital that can be raised for this project? Up to what percentage of property value could be financed? How to structure investments, for what term, etc.
2 Criteria for ranking a site. Eg: Topography (flatness, drainage, trees/obstructions), Amenities (water, hydro, buildings), Proximity to controled air space, Proximity to membership, Proximity to neighbours, Potential return on investment (local leased land market, potential for future development), Price range.
3 Location. What areas to consider and areas to rule out.

5. How to sell others (into investing)?
6. How to get out of the investment? Who can you sell your share to? at what value? "Widow's claus"
7. What activities are allowed on the site? Other revenue streams. Club vs Commercial activities (HG related or not) (Schools, tandems, etc). Camping? Trailer sites? Other hangars? Buildings storage. Prioritize uses.
