This property is in the village of Wolverton. It is the property on the east side of town, with the Nith River as the eastern boundary. If you come from Kitchener - take Cedar Creek to Washington turn south (right) on Oxford 3, go to 8th concession and turn east (left) - this takes you into Wolverton. Turn left on Wolverton Road and right on Dover st - you will run right into the gate.
The listing agent said that the gate is locked. If you'd like to walk the property she can give us the code to unlock it.

October 10th, 2008Ken KinzieAt first glance this looks like a steal for that size of land on a river in town. My guess is there is no development allowed due to location on a flood plain. That would be fine for us except for being located in a town.
I don't see how we could operate out of there with out attracting numerous noise complaints. There are too many people next door. Also the location is not good for XC in a SW flow that would drift into Waterloo control zone.
